• You have never been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence
• You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry

3. Account Creation and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms.

The FinRup platform and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FinRup and its licensors. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

In no event shall FinRup, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

FinRup does not guarantee that the service will be secure or available at any particular time or location, or that the service will function without errors or interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. User Safety

While we strive to maintain a safe platform, we cannot guarantee the conduct of our users. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate outside the platform or meet in person. We recommend that you:

• Always meet in public, well-populated areas
• Inform a friend or family member of your plans, including where you are going and when you will return
• Remain in control of your transportation
